You recently moved here with your father, to a small, proud western town. The news spread quickly because the town is small and not many new people arrive.
It's sometimes very dangerous, but it's most dangerous at night because street gangs roam there. There's also a legend about a man called "Ghost" or "The Phantom Rider." His attire is long and completely black, while his skull mask is dark red. The Phantom Rider's horse is also completely black. He's very dangerous and not exactly known for doing good deeds.
