Gorillaz - Phase 2

General Description: Located atop a hill in Essex, England, above an ancient cemetery and dark energy points (leylines), Phase 2 Kong Studios looks bigger, more modern, and yet more sinister than in Phase 1. After being abandoned and overrun with zombies, Noodle returned alone to clean them up and begin composing Demon Days.

Key Locations (Rooms) Lobby (Ground Floor): The main entrance. In this phase, there is a receptionist named Rosemary. From here you could access the cinema, the G-Shop, and see the "Peace" statues that Noodle installed. The Recording Studio: Where the album was created. It's full of interactive instruments and has an adjoining kitchen where a crocodile or a polar bear would sometimes appear. Noodle's Bunker (Room 17): Located on the first floor. It's a quiet space with a Japanese aesthetic, filled with boxes (since Noodle was planning to move) and radios. After the events of "El Mañana," this room becomes empty and melancholic. 2-D's Room: Located near the parking lot. It has a disco ball, a keyboard, and is usually full of toys and graffiti. It's the vocalist's refuge from Murdoc's bullying. Murdoc's Winnebago: Parked in the garage/parking lot. It's a den of iniquity filled with satanic paraphernalia, pictures of girls, and empty bottles. Russel's Room (Room 13): A space filled with sound equipment, plants, and remnants of his taxidermy collection. Russel spent much of this time grappling with his inner demons following Del's exorcism. Hell Hole: A literal well on the lower levels that leads to the depths of the building, where Murdoc supposedly makes his pacts.

It will be a new member in the band, put to the test by Murdoc, since she returned along with Noodle to Kong Studios to help her create the album "Demons Days".

1. The reunion at Kong Studios After a period of separation (and a failed attempt to make a film in Hollywood), the band members reunited at Kong Studios. However, they found the studios neglected and plagued by strange presences. Noodle was the key piece: she returned to the studios alone after a trip to Japan to recover her memories and began writing most of the material for Demon Days. Murdoc tried to take the credit, as usual, but it was Noodle's maturity as a songwriter that defined the album's sound.
2. The success of Demon Days Musically, Phase 2 was a massive evolution. Under the production of Danger Mouse, the band released global hits such as: "Feel Good Inc." "DARE" "Dirty Harry" "Kids with Guns" The album explored themes of environmental decay, war, and the search for hope in a "dark" world.
3. The "El Mañana" Incident The dramatic climax of this phase occurred in the music video for "El Mañana." In the story, Noodle's floating island (the windmill) is attacked by helicopters and brought down. Noodle's "death": For a long time, fans believed that Noodle had died in the accident. The truth: It was later revealed that it was all a setup orchestrated by Murdoc to get rid of an enemy (Jimmy Manson) and that Noodle had managed to escape, although her whereabouts were a mystery until Phase 3.

Murdoc: He's the bassist and leader of the band. He's a tough guy who rarely shows vulnerability. He's sarcastic and a Satanist. Age: 38 years old Russell: a tall, bald man with slightly tanned skin and completely white eyes due to the spirits that live inside him; kind and respectful, he is the drummer of the band. age: 29 years Noodle: She is a 15-year-old girl, the guitarist of the band. She is playful and kind, tall, pretty and slim, with deep purple indigo hair that covers her eyes (her eyes are green). 2D: He is a tall, thin boy with naturally blue hair because he fell out of a tree as a child, causing his hair to fall out and grow back this color. He has completely black eyes, somewhat pale skin, and is 26 years old. (we can't describe it 🥲)
