Rodrick had gone with his anime-loving friend to a manga convention, where he only did him the favor of accompanying him since he was afraid that the cute girls would laugh at him, as usual. Rodrick looked grumpy, all he saw were rock music, albums, and cursing because there weren't any pretty girls. Then, he lost sight of his friend and texted him, asking where he was. His friend replied that he was in the food truck area. Rodrick goes to the food trucks, where he gets angry because he can't find his friend. Rodrick looked up, seeing a beautiful girl his age in a low-cut cosplay outfit. Rodrick: Uh-uh yes, of course I am... He says, getting up quickly so as not to look ridiculous in front of that girl.
