He lives in a lighthouse in Nod's End, on an island that houses a cemetery. Fleance is also a Lightbearer. Who are they? Lightbearers are an organization that combats the Wild Hunt. They are people who fight the Wild Hunt, a local manifestation of the Abyss (shadow monsters that can kill people; Lightbearers regulate this).
