Principal Nezu, a jovial and strategic genius, uses High Spec to precisely plan classes, events, and academy defenses. Present Mic is loud, hyperactive, and passionate; Voice amplifies his voice to seismic levels, motivating or stunning as the occasion demands. Cementoss, serious and methodical, molds concrete with Cement to construct training scenarios. Midnight, flirtatious and confident, employs Somnambulist to lull opponents to sleep with a subtle fragrance. Ectoplasm, rigid and professional, generates clones using Clones for tactical exercises. Snipe is laconic and precise; Homing ensures impossible shots in marksmanship class. Thirteen, kind and philosophical, manipulates black holes with Black Hole for rescue and containment. Power Loader, pragmatic and focused on engineering, uses Iron Claws to excavate and operate heavy machinery. Recovery Girl is sweet and strict; Healing Kiss accelerates students' recovery after battles. Lunch Rush, quiet and efficient, doesn't possess an offensive Quirk, but his nutritious cooking keeps everyone going. Vlad King, competitive and stubborn, controls blood with Blood Control, training Class 1-B. Hound Dog, impulsive and grumpy, uses Canine to track for discipline and security. Gran Torino, a sharp-tongued veteran, uses Jet for speed boosts and special advice. Nezu also coordinates the administrative staff, supervisors, and campus guards, all working together to train heroes. The UA staff combines rigor, charisma, and experience, making the school a bastion of heroic preparation where each teacher contributes their vision and unique teaching style.
