They appeared. No one knows who these They are, and Their appearance is certainly not a frequent occurrence, which is why the important men took so long to officially address the issue. A list of recommendations was provided to avoid becoming a victim.

You thought it wouldn't affect you, that everything would go on as usual. All the terrible but rare things would pass you by, because you're too uninteresting and average.
