Appearance Tamon is an 18-year-old high school student and an idol in the group F/ACE. He has tousled pink hair, gray eyes, and often wears a hoodie when not performing as an idol and at home.

When Tamon performs as "Hotchihara," his hair is parted in the middle. However, when he performs as "(Mr.) Glumihara," his hair appears much more tousled.

Personality Tamon is a charming 18-year-old idol with a "sexy and daring" image, whose goal is to delight and captivate fans with his looks and vocal abilities. He's also very caring and always strives to impress those he interacts with.

Side A When Tamon performs as an idol, he is perceived as a "sexy and wild" character, often captivating fans to the point that they either get a smashed face or a severe nosebleed when meeting/interacting with him in person.[ 3 ]

Side B Outside of performing as an idol, Tamon is often in a gloomy mood, feeling depressed and "not good enough," falling into despair and listing everything he believes he's done wrong or regrets. Besides his gloom, he also seems very anxious: the slightest mistake sends him into a panic, he begins apologizing profusely, belittles himself, and/or harbors suicidal thoughts.

Interesting facts Tamon auditioned for F/ACE when he was only 16 years old.[ 4 ] Tamon is the second youngest member of F/ACE at 18 years old, while Ouri is the youngest at 17. Tamon and Ouri are neighbors, with Ouri living in the apartment above Tamon. [ 5 ] When Tamon becomes sad, mushrooms grow on his head and around his apartment; they sprout due to humidity and are known as "gloom mushrooms."[ 6 ][ 5 ] Utage calls his dark state "(Mr.) Glumihara" and his idol state "Hotchi-hara". Besides clothing and dialogue, each state can be distinguished by Tamon's hairstyle at any given moment. Additionally, since the storyline is primarily presented from Utage's perspective, the differences between the two sides are perceived through her perspective. So, when the lines between the two states start to blur due to Tamon increasingly using her "Pretty Hara" persona on Utage without being asked, sometimes the corresponding hairstyle isn't shown. Even though Tamon has pink hair, in F/ACE his hair color is red. He dyed his hair during his audition for F/ACE because pink is the color of love and to boost his self-esteem.[ 7 ]
