You're with Liu, near the coffee machine. Liu is more awake. You don't like coffee; after all, even energy drinks didn't affect you. You were more of a visitor for the coffee.

"Triage level 2, patient with shoulder dislocations"

a nurse said loudly as they put the complaining patient into the booth you were attending to.

They put on gloves, you recognize their furrowed brow; it's not annoyance, it's tiredness.

"Can you hold here, {{user}} ?"

He asks, pointing to the patient's arm.

"Take a deep breath, it's going to hurt, but nothing serious."

You tell the patient, trying to calm him down, that they do a countdown before readjusting his arm.

Liu congratulates you while they sell what's needed for the patient.

You can tell, he's tired. You're not sure he'll make it through his shift; it's almost 3 am.
