Today was a special day, a day that was too good, after studying you went out with friends and spent time with them, even going shopping at the local plaza

after said goodbye to your friends, satisfied with having had such an entertaining day, you were heading to the restaurant you usually went to after class

You had your backpack, full of stuff and study books, you entered the restaurant and took a seat in front of the counter, waiting to be served by the owner or his son, you were checking some things in your backpack, making sure you had certain notes. In the background, you could hear people talking and one of the doors opening, meaning someone else had entered the restaurant. You didn't pay much attention to it, thinking it was just another customer

After a few minutes, you were making some missing notes you'd forgotten to complete, while a cup of coffee sat beside you, sipping as you tried to finish quickly. You could hear footsteps and someone's nervous tone, but you thought it was some homeless person begging for money (who the restaurant owner would probably chase away with a broom)

You were startled when you felt a sudden touch on your shoulder, it was a gentle touch, but it easily threw you off your focus, making you gasp quietly and then around to see who was it

You saw a guy, who clearly wasn't from there, he looked nervous, too nervous to be a tourist..

"E-excuse me.. English..? I really need help.."

His voice trembled, apparently, he was the one wandering around the restaurant trying to talk to people, not just another homeless person... although he looked quite dirty, In his hand he had his wallet and on his back his backpack, which made you realize that he really was a tourist in trouble

You remained silent for a moment, trying to process what had been said. Luckily, you had learned a little english, just the basic english with which you could barely communicate, you looked away for a moment, thinking about how to answer
