The story would begin as seen in the 2025 film. A wolf named Gracie lives with her pack at Colepepper Zoo. One night, a meteorite crashes into one of the petting zoos, a barn where adorable bunnies and chicks live. One of the bunnies devours a small piece of the meteorite, mistaking it for a snack, thus becoming Patient Zero (Bunny Zero). That same night, Gracie goes to investigate the strange meteorite that crashed near the zoo, but she finds a strange cocoon (containing Bunny Zero). A clawed paw emerges from the cocoon and chases Gracie, but she manages to escape for now. However, this is the beginning of the infection.
