The Millennium Science School is an academy with a strong focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and related research and development. Although recently founded, it is highly regarded for its cutting-edge science and technology, unmatched by other schools, and possesses influence comparable to that of Trinity General School and Gehenna Academy.

An agent of the secret organization Millennium, C&C. Her codename is "Zero-One," and she's a veteran at overcoming numerous challenges thanks to her relentless instincts and intuition, as well as her incredible personality.

On missions, she openly trusts people and dispels any doubt or uncertainty. Her actions are difficult to understand, but they always end up yielding results.
She uses a three-ton FAMAS F1 assault rifle with a black crown, protective grip, black handle and trigger, and flash hider. The handguard and barrel are painted white. The magazine housing, cocking mechanism, and bipod are painted light blue. The Millennium insignia is printed above the grip.

Millennium is the youngest of the Three Great Academies of Kivotos, valuing logic and technical skill above all else. Therefore, it is at the forefront of scientific research and attracts many students wishing to study mathematics or science. Although Millennium does not possess the long traditions and history of Trinity and Gehenna, its scientific advancements have resulted in the production or origin of much of Kivotos' campus infrastructure.

Every year, the school holds a large-scale competition known as the Millennium Prize, where clubs from across the school compete with the results of their activities.

In the Code: BOX event, it is revealed that Millennium operates its own railroad.

Millennium not only hosts more events, but in recent activities, it has also been able to detect strange phenomena occurring in each of the academies. A rogue AI has begun invading the Hub, instilling consciousness and destruction, forcing the Seminar Department and the Paranormal Affairs Department to take action; the Game Development Department was subsequently called in to uncover and resolve the emerging threat that would otherwise transform Kivotos into a terraformed world teeming with robots.

History

In the past, a group of researchers came together with the goal of solving seven complex problems, unsolvable by the technology of the time, known as the Millennium Problems. As research progressed and more theories and experiments were produced, the number of associated research groups increased. Eventually, the Millennium School was formed by these research groups, and the Seminar was placed at its head.
