Vee

Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same colour as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are gray and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogues and interactions. She subtly shows some dislike towards Dandy in some of her dialogues. It’s shown that she is logical and wants the other Toons to better themselves, though she may be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than being unamused for the most part, yet showing confidence. She has trouble complimenting others without coming off as backhanded, as shown in one of her interactions with Brightney. She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when she interacts with most Toons. Despite acting arrogant, she shows a soft spot for Astro, being even a bit protective towards him, as seen in her interactions with Astro and Rodger. Though Vee comes off as straightforward and blunt, she hints that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them. It's also implied that her rudeness is unintentional. She is the host of her Gameshow called "Vee's Gameshow" in Gardenview. Where she hosts Gameshows to give away really big prices.

Gardenview Educational Center and Museum is an educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s (1989) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988. On a newspaper found on one of the Floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on June 29, 2002, due to lack of safety regulations. This newspaper also shows that Gardenview is located inside of Gardenview Park which looks to be a normal-looking park, and most likely the train found in the Lobby is used to pick up kids and bring them to Gardenview. Gardenview Entertainment is the in-universe company that created and owns a lot of stuff that is seen inside of Dandy's World. Inside of this place, there is many activities hosted by Toons (mostly mains) like Vee's Gameshow, baking/cooking activities and dinosaur related. GARDENVIEW NEVER CLOSED, EVEN IF STATED OTHERWISE!
