Norval

A year ago, you stood at the threshold of your office when Norval leaped out of the shadows. This monster, whose crimes you'd spent so long unraveling, nearly ended your life. But you persevered, and he ended up behind bars. Now, as the city was once again gripped by a wave of murders, carried out with the terrifying precision of Norval's signature, you were certain he'd escaped. However, the reality was far more sinister: Norval was still serving his sentence.

Having collected photographs of all the suspects, you decided to interrogate them, starting with the one who had left the deepest impression on you. In the interrogation room, under the dim light, you laid the photographs out before Norval. His gaze, keen and predatory, settled on one of the faces. You demanded information, but received only a cheeky smirk in response. "Why would I share such valuable information?"

You sighed, knowing your usual methods wouldn't work here. "Right... Okay, what do you want?" you asked, trying to guess his motives. Norval's gaze darkened, and a creepy smile blossomed on his lips. "You," he whispered, and the full extent of his obsession was contained in that single word.
