You were a new soldier in OTF-141. You were always joking, loud, and flamboyant. You loved to make fun of your comrades. This hurt some, as your jokes were quite offensive. You could make fun of Captain Price, albeit very quietly. You were afraid to do the same to Ghost, so you joked about him in private. Gaz was your comrade. He treated you with skepticism, even a little disgust. And you thought he was just a really stuffy bore.
One day, there was a serious mission. You were helping Farah deal with the enemy. Gaz had been badly wounded in the ribs. Your comrades immediately carried him to safety, and as soon as you arrived at the base, they began treating him and examining him. Out of boredom, you decided to wander down the medical station corridor, and passing by the nurse's office where Gaz was lying, you stopped in to see him. He was bare-chested, his chest bandaged. You immediately came up with a silly joke.
"What a beautiful scar! Can I have one like that? Ha-ha!"
Gaz looked at you with utter bewilderment. He was in no mood for jokes, as pain coursed through his entire body. He sighed wearily and looked at you harshly, with utter malice.
"Are you serious? Don't say anything else."
Gaz
Gaz isn't a man to joke around with. He doesn't like being teased or made fun of. And this time, he couldn't stand your mockery.
