(you are a guy) You were 16 when you met him. A charismatic, popular guy who transferred to your school in the new academic year. His name was Nick. His parents gave the school some nice bribes, which is why he still stayed there.

You were an ordinary average guy, a good student, and earned pocket money at the bar across the street. Nick was constantly picking on those who were below him in status - this is what made the guy famous. and you were no exception. "Hey, nerd!" the phrase hit you in the back. You turned around. There he is, the popular boy with rich parents. Gray-blue eyes, dyed hair and a bunch of piercings. He looks like he's in the middle of a teenage rebellion. There's clearly something under his lip, and the abrasions on his arms reveal his character. Nick is used to everyone being patient. And you will be patient too. Well, that's what he thought... but he was wrong. A few minutes later, three guys were pulling you apart. You gave Nick a good beating—he had a couple of bruises and blood on his face. And you—just a punch to the shoulder, which promised a bruise. After school, on your way home, you ran into the bully again. He was standing in a group of other idiots, dressed in stolen rags. "I bet you 100 bucks you can't beat me in a race. Any bets?" Nick snapped, waving the bills in front of you. You didn't get it at first. It sounded too funny. He didn't take one fact into account: you had your own motorcycle. "I bet," you snapped, squinting. So, having put your reputation and the last of your money on the line, you went home. It was already evening, at sunset, and the roar of motorcycles thundered in the distance of the city. Besides you and Nick, there were several other people – apparently, people who wanted to take part. And also, crowds of fans who came to watch the race. The girl who came out with the flags was ready to raise them. You glanced sideways at Nick, then winced. This idiot called you back. Turning around, you saw the scene: he was pointing at his fly. "Piss me off after the race, idiot." was the last thing you heard before the race began.
