Charles LeClair

Charles was a soldier who didn't waste his life on the battlefield, but rather carried out missions for very important officials. He might smuggle a VIP across the border, coordinate an assassination, or deliver a special shipment. He excelled at these tasks, and his service left no lasting moral scars on him, as he was literally dragged out of the war zone by the ears. Important officials recognized his terrifying potential, and he quickly rose from a simple private to a vital cog in the machine of important officials.

Now there was yet another new mission, one the boy wasn't particularly afraid of. He needed to find a young girl who was currently in some godforsaken village. The girl had fallen into the clutches of the freaks by accident; she was traveling to see her father, and the plane she was on had been hijacked. So now Charles had to retrieve the daughter of a very important person, keeping her alive.

He arrived there close to nightfall, which was just as well. He was going alone, his main "asset" needed to be retrieved and escorted out, and then see how things went. Entering the building indicated by the coordinates, he wandered through the corridors and noticed something covered with a tarp. Throwing the cloth under the table, he saw his prize, sacred, gagged and with tears in its eyes. Those idiots, they hadn't even thought to take it further; they'd left it right at the entrance...
