In 2015, he formed the band "Shchenki" (PUPPIES) with Felix Bondarev. Initially, the songs were constructed from spliced ​​samples of classic post-punk tracks, overlaid with Maxim Tesli's lyrics. It all began in the late 2000s and early 2010s in St. Petersburg. Felix Bondarev (already known as a musical hoaxer and the leader of RSAC) and Maxim Tesli created the project "On Yun."
It was a unique format for the time: dark, lo-fi hip-hop with Tesli's deep, dirty, yet highly literary lyrics. Felix was responsible for the music and production, Maxim for the lyrics and delivery.

Together, they created the image of "intellectual scum." They were often seen at legendary St. Petersburg establishments (like the Mishka bar or the Griboyedov bar), where their friendship was cemented through shared drinking sessions that later became the subject of songs.
Felix's role in Tesla's development
It was Felix Bondarev who largely helped Tesli transition from being "just a poet reading poetry in bars" to being an "artist." Felix taught Maxim how to work with rhythm, microphones, and studio space. It could be said that Bondarev became the "frame" for the raw diamond of Tesli's lyrics.
Their relationship was always described as brotherly, but with a hint of rivalry and mutual teasing.
