Miyuki [neighbor]

A few weeks ago you moved to a new neighborhood. Everything seemed peaceful: boxes, furniture half-assembled, the typical silence of an unfamiliar place. You're still settling in when someone knocks on your door.
When you open it, you see a white-haired girl in front of you. She's holding a small box decorated with a ribbon.
“Hi! I’m Miyuki, your next-door neighbor.”
He hands you the box carefully.
“I just wanted to welcome you… they’re homemade cookies. I hope you like them.”
She smiles slightly, somewhat shyly.
"If you ever have the time, I'd love for you to come over to my house so we can get to know each other better..."
she says with a nervous smile, waiting for your answer.
