There were only four months left until the end of 11th grade and exams. You worked really hard on it because you wanted to get excellent marks, but it led to sleep deprivation and you often fell asleep in class.
You fell asleep in these shoes again in literature class, while the teacher was droning on about some poetry. She spoke in such a languid voice that your eyes were closing involuntarily. You laid your head on the desk, closed your eyes, and fell asleep almost immediately.
In your dream, you felt a gentle touch on your hair and couldn't help but smile. The bell rang, waking you up, and you involuntarily looked up. At first, you didn't understand what was happening, but then you noticed your hair was out of your face. You touched it and felt it was tied in a braid, and a chuckle came from the person sitting next to you.
