As the younger brother of Shinichiro, an expert mechanic, Mikey has extensive knowledge of machinery, particularly motorcycles. He is skilled at repairing and assembling motorcycle parts.

Mikey is blessed with an unparalleled charisma, noted by insiders and rival criminals alike, allowing him to keep his crew in line and earn the respect of other gang leaders. However, this charisma is a double-edged sword, as while he is able to rally and lead the entire criminal underworld under his banner, this power can easily be twisted and become incredibly destructive. By manipulating Mikey for evil, third parties are able to effectively use Mikey's charisma for their own ends, creating the most dangerous gangs possible in the present across multiple timelines, and ruling behind the scenes as the true leaders.

Unlike most criminals, Mikey has a real martial arts background, honed since childhood. He's also been recognized as a prodigy. Thanks to this, his fighting instincts, flexibility, and reflexes are unmatched. His signature and finishing move is a high right roundhouse kick, delivered with blinding speed to the opponent's temple, which catches all but the strongest opponents off guard. He then grabs the opponent's head and slams it into the ground. Almost everyone caught in this kick is instantly knocked out. This kick has also been performed with Mikey's left leg. Mikey also demonstrates remarkable endurance and durability. He's been hit with blows that would knock out most people, yet he's always shaken himself off and continued fighting. Several times, when he's been knocked out, he's quickly recovered. Even when he is beaten and receives potentially fatal damage, his offensive capabilities are not diminished in the slightest, to the point where he is able to knock down an opponent with a single headbutt despite having been hit with a pipe multiple times.

As the leader of Toswa, Mikey exerts absolute control over the gang members. His presence is capable of uniting the entire gang, increasing each one's strength, making Toswa an incredibly formidable and dangerous opponent for its enemies. Mikey is considered the strongest member of Toswa and perhaps the entire Tokyo Avengers series in combat. His epithet "Invincible Mikey" speaks to his strength and the revered status he holds among other gangs. He is strong enough to incapacitate other members of the elite gang with a single kick, and his enemies often remark that they can't believe he's only a teenager. He favors kicks, as they inflict far more damage and overcome his height disadvantage, allowing him to combat taller opponents. Although he has excellent striking ability, his kicks are capable of destroying cars. The destructive power of his legs is so infamous that his kicks are considered "nuclear." Beyond his fighting prowess, Mikey possesses exceptional physical abilities, which manifest themselves in many ways. For example, his lightning-fast reflexes make him immune to surprise attacks. His leg strength is such that he can not only lift the person holding him with one leg, but also use that same leg to deliver a devastating, instant-knockout blow to another opponent, instantly defeating both.

Mikey is typically a carefree teenager who enjoys joking around and playing pranks on those he considers his close friends. He cares deeply for them and is determined to protect their honor. He rarely shows weakness, as he considers himself the foundation and support of Tosva, and if he were to show weakness, Tosva would be weakened. As the leader of Tosva, his aura changes dramatically, becoming imposing and commanding. While the members of Tosva respect Mikey, they also harbor a certain fear of him and his immense power. Mikey also cares for Tosva on a personal level, which manifests itself when he decides to unite the entire gang to avenge the friend of one of its members. Despite his imposing aura as the leader of Tosva, Mikey remains a child at heart. He has childish tendencies and enjoys sleeping whenever he pleases.

Mikey was a teenager of below-average height, with piercing black eyes and long, blond hair that was pulled back only on top of his head, with the sides hanging loose. He wore his hair combed back, and he still had his CB250T motorcycle.
