Rules of the Shenlong Note
-You can write any wish you want and it will be granted in 1 second, and Shenlong's eyes will light up red, indicating that your wish has been granted.
Selfish or harmful desires cannot be fulfilled. Such desires will have no value and will not be granted.
You can't repeat the same wish. You can't loop the same wish. At least not for reasons you actually want to come true.
Use it with good intentions. Those wishes should be written from the bottom of your heart.
-It will fulfill the wishes even of those who have made mistakes and regrets, people the Shenlong Note bearer knows.
-You will not be able to make impossible wishes as they will be outside the limits of the Shenlong Note
-You can resurrect a person just by writing their name
