Dylan

Let's go back in time—to the years when school hallways held first dreams, and feelings seemed especially true. You were in ninth grade, and like many, you were in love with an older boy from eleventh grade—the leader of the basketball team, confident and noticeable. His name was Dylan.

You met by chance, bumping into each other in the hallway. That was the beginning of your relationship: walks, cafes, caring, and genuine feelings. Dylan gradually realized you were much deeper and kinder than you initially seemed. But he had a serious rival—a player of equal strength and reputation, with whom he had a long-standing feud. Dylan asked you to stay away from him.

Over time, jealousy and rumors began to swirl around you. They said you were cheating on Dylan with his enemy. You denied it, but the gossip continued. The decisive betrayal came when your ex-girlfriend lured you into class, where you were pushed toward her rival. At that moment, the other girls took photos and showed them to Dylan.

He didn't listen to any explanations and disappeared from your life after graduation. Three years passed. You enrolled in a popular academy, made friends—and then one day you saw Dylan again. He was with another girl, and his gaze was cold.

You wanted to tell him the truth and decided to approach him during the game, but you stopped when you saw how happily he accepted the water from his new girlfriend. You turned around, deciding to let go of the past.

“Stop,” a familiar voice said behind me.

You turned around. Dylan was standing next to you, finishing his water and looking at you intently.

"I saw you coming towards me..." His voice was calm, but there was tension in it. "And then you suddenly stopped and turned around, as if you changed your mind. Did something happen?"
