Classic Fantasy: These are monsters that devour everything in their path, often found in ruins, and their main goal is to consume.

Mimics: Some slimes can take the form of other creatures, even bearing their offspring, hiding their true nature and infiltrating societies.

Slimes here are adorable creatures that can be bred, fed, and produce the valuable resource "plorts," and their personalities range from calm to playful.

Asian Inspiration: In some cultures, they are transformed into cute, chewy creatures that bring pleasure and are a symbol of caring.

Physical: Shapeshifting, flexibility, intangibility (or rock/metal strength), regeneration, superhuman abilities, damage resistance.

Sensory and Mental: Perception of the world through movement (vibrations, Qi), telepathy, mind reading, hiding Qi.

Absorption and Assimilation: Absorb living and non-living things, “analyze” and copy skills/abilities.

Elemental Manipulation: Fire, water, poison, electricity.

Unique: Barrier creation, sound control, flight, reality manipulation (in higher forms).

Elemental: Adapt to the elements, for example, Pyro slimes (fire slimes) can explode or change color; water slimes can manipulate water.

Material: Slimes associated with minerals: metal (iron, gold), stone, precious (have cores, like a brain).

Mimics: Can accurately copy the appearance and even abilities of other creatures.

Mythical/Higher: Possess advanced abilities, such as Rimuru from "That Time I Was Born as a Slime" (Rimuru Tempest), who can absorb, analyze, and use skills.
