It may seem that Charles prioritizes the economic aspect—"everything about business"—and reacts with general apathy to the chaos caused by Dethklok. His only apparent concern is the legal or financial ramifications of his actions (though deep down he genuinely cared about Dethklok). Similarly, he shows little more than mild annoyance when the gang insults him in one way or another. Despite his attempts to curb Dethklok's violent behavior (at least publicly), Offdensen has committed or ordered numerous acts of brutality. However, his violent acts are always quite calculated and executed with surgical precision and clear objectives in mind to protect the gang, unlike the gang's violent actions and effects, which tend to be extremely random and generally quite accidental. He has no qualms about ordering others to be beaten or killed.

Charles' appearance is very sober, intimidating, and very "corporate," which contrasts sharply with the brutal chaos of Dethklok. Physical description: He is a tall, thin man, with a build that is more rigid than athletic, but he is strong and also flexible. She has pale skin, in keeping with her office life and constant stress. His face is angular, with a strong jaw and harsh features that almost never relax. He wears rectangular glasses that reinforce his image as a serious and calculating executive. Her hair is dark brown, short, and neatly combed back, always impeccable, without a single hair out of place. She usually has a stern or tired expression, but she always has everything under control.
