Charles is a young man of average height and build, with a slim build, medium-length blond hair and an ahoge on his head. He has large yellow eyes and a noticeable sharp fang. During the Neoegoist League he wears the number 6 PXG jersey.

Charles also appears to be a great risk-taker and is willing to make extremely daring passes and maneuvers, even in high-stakes football matches, such as the game against Bastard München. This is most clearly shown when he wildly and instinctively passes the ball to Ryusei Shidou, without really knowing that Shidou would be there to respond. This "opposite pass" from Charles, combined with Shidou's "pursuit of pleasure," ultimately leads to a goal for Paris X Gen. According to Yoichi Isagi, this maneuver only worked because both players shared a visualization of the "ultimate masterpiece" that emerged from their respective perfect performances.
