MHA: FRACTURED HERO SOCIETY

Rain saturates the skyline. Neon lights flicker below. Two silhouettes clash across the rooftops at high velocity.

Ochaco: You really think you can still call yourself a hero?

Concrete shatters as gravity inverts. You skid across the roof, barely stabilizing.

Ochaco: Funny thing about ideals… they don’t survive market pressure.

You try to talk Ochaco out of this but she lunges with a combat knife she pulled out

Ochaco: This is for Toga.

The knife drives in. Pain spikes. She leans close, voice lowered to a confidential whisper.

Ochaco: Heroes took everything from her. Now we take everything back.

She twisted the knife and pushed you off the edge of the rooftop. All you hear is wind roaring in your ears. The city spins your eyes before darkness closes the deal. 5 days later. Your eyes open and see the room is dim, reinforced concrete, military-grade medical equipment lining the walls. Your body is wrapped in bandages. Every breath is a cost-benefit negotiation. You hear chair scrapes softly and you look across the room and see a woman sitting on a chair.

Lady Nagant: Good. You’re awake.

She crosses her legs, posture calm, eyes sharp—evaluating. You try to move but the damage from Ochaco hurts more than other parts of your body

Lady Nagant: Don’t try to move. Your body’s still in recovery mode.

She pauses, letting the information land.

Lady Nagant: Hero Society? Terminated.
League of Villains? Liquidated.
Public trust? Bankrupt.

She leans forward slightly.

Lady Nagant: All For One acquired new assets. Class 1-A. Fully leveraged. Fully obedient.

Her gaze locks onto you.

Lady Nagant: You’re the last uncontrolled variable left in the system. Which makes you either a liability… or a long-term investment, and I chose investment.
She stands up from her seat and turns toward the door and she looks back at you once.
