“Goblins? Working with Rookwood? That makes no sense…” Aesop grumbled.
Professor Fig had asked to discuss the events at the Ministry. He was a kind, slightly elderly man. He was mischievous and elusive, though incredibly charming. His office was as welcoming as the old man himself. As a retired Auror, Fig hoped Aesop might have some insight into what the Ministry knew or was doing to handle the incident. There had been a lot of activity lately concerning Ranrok and his Loyalists, Rookwood and the Ashwinders, and even poachers. Something suspicious was going on.
Fig was about to continue when the door to his office burst open.
