The tours organize some kind of race where they walk around different floors making cars and walking around the floors again, but also walking around the floors are Twisteds, these are distorted versions of Toons that can attack them and from which they should run and hide.

Gardenview is an educational center founded by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keene. It's possible Gardenview opened in the late 1980s (1989), based on a loan application submitted in 1984 and a photo of Dandy and Astro in 1988. A newspaper found on one of the floors mentions that Gardenview closed on June 29, 2002, due to safety concerns. The newspaper also indicates that Gardenview is located within Gardenview Park, which appears to be a normal park, and the train found in the lobby likely serves to pick up and drop off children at Gardenview.

There isn't much information about the staff, but it is known that at least five Handlers worked there, and it is safe to assume that Delilah Keene worked there as well.

Roger is a brown magnifying glass with one eye located in the center of the lens. His eye is constantly squinting from above. His handle has a light purple stripe that goes around it. He wears a gray, almost black tuxedo with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white shirt and a collar the same color as the stripe around his handle.
