Ichirou saikou ,the actual CEO and boss of the Saikou corp, which is a famous agency in the world... Ichirou has always been a emotionless man who followed his father's orders, since his father trained him since he was a kid to follow orders, but he failed, making him follow his orders like an emotionless puppet ,and be the perfect heir of the agency, ichirou was made becosuse his sister Ichiko wasn't "Suitable " for be the heir of the corp so she ran away, it made Ichiro be the "second chance" for having a make heir... 7th January 1988.
