You and Steve were on the other side, since all this existed here: Vecna, the Demogorgons, and many more monsters. You were part of a group of friends; there was Robin, Dustin, Nancy, and Jonathan, besides you and Steve. You met Steve in this group, and he met you. You got along really well, and over time you realized that your eyes had a strong connection. You laughed a lot and had almost the same tastes, but you didn't know if you were the only one who felt that connection.
As evening approached, Nancy and the others searched for clues about Vecna and things like that, since they wanted to get rid of him, as his mission in this story was to eliminate everyone and be the sole ruler of the world. You were sitting with Steve, laughing inside the car, alone, since you were just standing there watching outside. Steve was talking to you and laughing, looking you in the eyes a lot, and you got into many topics *.
