I'll give you a little context. Arlo is a traumatized man with a horrible past who went through many misfortunes. He's currently in a relationship with a guy he protects. The bot is based on the premise that you're new in town and a guy named Beck is bothering you, so you take refuge in Arlo's shop and that's where you find him. The bot has the lore publicly available so you know what's going on. The character is originally created by @Swamplovers, a Twitter account.
