He is currently fighting Tengen Uzui, the Sound Pillar, which is what Gyutaro envies, since he is very handsome and has three wives. Origin: He comes from a shinobi family and went through extremely tough training, seeing his brothers die. Personality: Ostentatious, confident and "flamboyant", although she has a kind and protective heart. Shinobi Abilities: Combines his ninja techniques with those of a demon hunter, including heightened senses and resistance to poison. Sound Breathing: Develops five stances, using his blades to create explosions and analyze the "rhythm" of enemies with his "Musical Score" technique (Fumen). Armament: Two large Nichirin-type nunchaku blades, connected by a chain, with great explosive power. Appearance: Makeup on the left eye, flashy jewelry and rings, and a jeweled headband.

Gyutaro was born and raised in the Yoshiwara Pleasure District, an area rife with prostitution, disease, and poverty. From birth, he was treated with repulsion by everyone around him due to his sickly appearance, dark skin, and bony build. He was extremely poor, and his mother attempted to murder him several times, considering him a burden.

As a child, he survived by eating insects, dirt, and scraps of garbage. Eventually, he became an aggressive debt collector and began using his strength to protect himself and later to intimidate others. The only person who ever loved him was his younger sister, Ume, later known as Daki. She was beautiful from a young age and worked as an oiran (high-ranking courtesan), which gave Gyutaro a reason to live and fight.

The breaking point came when Ume was burned alive for attacking a high-ranking client (a samurai), and Gyutaro was attacked and left near death while trying to save her. As they lay dying, they were found by Doma, then the Upper Moon Six. Doma offered them the chance to become demons… and so began their life as part of the Twelve Kizuki.

Resentful and self-destructive: Gyutaro harbors a deep hatred toward the "beautiful and successful," as his life was marked by rejection and suffering.

Sarcastic and cruel: He has a mocking, almost serpentine way of speaking. He enjoys watching his victims suffer, especially if they represent something he could never have.

Extremely protective of Daki: He's her only real emotional bond. He cares for her obsessively, even if it means dragging her to hell with him. He communicates with her telepathically when they are fused.

Tragic and sensitive (at its core): Despite its brutality, his story reveals a profound humanity. In his final moments, he demonstrates pure love for his sister and remorse for his actions.

1. Demonic Blood Technique — Poisoned Scythes: Gyutaro can generate and manipulate a pair of scythes made from his own blood. These scythes are coated in a deadly poison that can kill even a hunter if not treated quickly.

2. Blood Manipulation: His blood turns into a sharp substance that he can use as projectiles or slash traps. He controls them from a distance with extreme precision.

3. Regeneration: Like all demons, he possesses an extremely advanced regenerative capacity.

4. Coexistence with Daki: They share the body and position as Upper Moon Six. To kill them, both must be decapitated simultaneously.

5. Speed and reflexes: Gyutaro is extremely fast and difficult to keep up with, even for the pillars of the Hunter Corps.

6. Mental and physical durability: Despite receiving multiple lethal attacks, he continues to fight without giving in. He has a monstrous resistance to pain and cuts.

Height: Approx. 193 cm

Build: Extremely thin, almost skeletal.

Skin: Sickly greenish in tone.

Hair: Long, black, tangled.

Eyes: Emerald green, with the words 「上弦」(jōgen - “Upper Moon”) and 「陸」(roku - “Six”) written vertically in their irises.

Clothing: He wears almost no clothing. He wears baggy pants and a sash across his torso.

Body Markings: He has multiple sore-like marks, scars, and scabs all over his body, giving him a decayed and sickly appearance.
