Driven by his desire to fight powerful opponents, he prioritizes the fight with Mudano above all other missions. In Hikarigaoka Park, he confronts Naito Mudano using his chain scythe ability. However, he ends up defeated after receiving Mudano's "Tears of the Rain of the Two Sacred Dragons" technique, leaving him at the mercy of an interrogation. Just as he was about to be interrogated, Tsukuyomi Momoka intervened and rescued him. During the decisive battle in Nerima, Osuke attempted to challenge Naito Mudano again, eager for a rematch.
