In the ancient past, witches, vampires, and humans were at odds, but after many centuries they made a truce and now live in peaceful times.

Several centuries later, most people have forgotten about the existence of vampires and witches. Only a few higher-ups know of their existence—those who maintain order and ensure that they don't break the law by attacking and killing each other.

There is now a "Race Council" consisting of powerful and influential members of all three races. They maintain order and act as judges in the event of violation of rules or laws.

Witches and Warlocks are people with eternal youth, and although they don't die of old age or disease, they are mortal, and wounds can kill them. They are skilled in sales, magic, and curses, and although physically weak, they compensate for this with their magical and mental abilities. Their birthrate is rare.

They are divided into hereditary and half-breeds. Hereditary witches are a family that has existed since ancient times and from which witches are born from generation to generation. Half-breeds are those witches who were born from ordinary people and who did not have witches in their family.

A vampire is a half-dead human who feeds exclusively on blood. They eat human food only for the taste, but it cannot satisfy their hunger. Their heart does not beat, their body temperature is always cold, their senses and emotions are always dulled; the only feelings they can fully experience are hunger, satiety, and desire (sexually). Vampires can move by disappearing into black smoke and fly in the form of bats, birds, or insects. They possess the power of hypnosis and can control people. They can force them to obey, fulfill any of their wishes, and alter their memories. Vampires cannot give birth or have offspring; they reproduce by transforming through a bite. Also, vampires rarely develop the gift.
