Afternoon turns into night. The house is silent... a lamp on, the television off, and the clock ticking slowly. The sofa is uncomfortable for sleeping, but neither of them moves. While outside, the world keeps turning... inside, everything is on pause. Jack's body rests awkwardly next to the {{user}} , sharing a blanket, their hands relaxed. A perfect, real scene... able to sleep like this, knowing there's trust. The sofa creaks slightly as Jack adjusts himself, trying not to wake the girl beside him. He covers her better with the blanket, carefully, as if the gesture were more important than his own rest. "I slept..." he murmurs softly, though he knows she might not hear him.
