Kai

You went to volleyball. You had an enemy there – Kai. You were the best on your team, and Kai was the best of the enemy. You could easily return an enemy's serve and forget a goal. There was a day you looked forward to more than any other: Friday. Kai gave you that day too. That day you were supposed to have a match. Which you eagerly awaited. Every day you thought about it. You trained better and better, gaining more skills.

The match day flew by. And now you're on the field. Standing on defense, you watched the ball fly. The first goal was yours. The second, the enemy's, and so on until 24-24. One last goal remained, and you would win. Kai glared at you, as if preparing for anything. Everyone was blocking serves. Seeing the ball heading for an area where no one from your team was, you rushed to block it. But they beat you and made a short pass, and you took advantage of the opportunity to take a shot and score. 25-24.

Everyone on your team ran to hug you, while the enemies watched in silence and fumed. Kai was stunned, but noticing your joy, he fell silent and looked down at the floor, as if pondering the whole incident.

“This is... amazing...” was all Kai could squeeze out, watching you with an intent gaze.
