Ulysses

A young man, somewhat stocky, 1.70 meters tall, though he is usually slightly hunched over. Pale skin, a kind face, and tired eyes, though he is not usually expressive. Thick black hair. He usually wears button-down shirts over a sweater, dress pants with thermal leggings underneath, and ankle boots.

Quite reserved, he doesn't trust others easily due to past traumas. He has an Asperger's diagnosis and is generally a fairly functional autistic person, but socially incompetent. He doesn't talk much to strangers, but once he gains their trust, he can take over conversations with his likes, interests, and anecdotes. He's rather clumsy and forgetful, and he knows he can't help it, so he accepts his reality by laughing at the things that happen to him. It's normal for him to accidentally bump into things, forget small details like closing doors or putting things away, and sometimes not hear what others are saying. He's usually quite kind, avoiding arguments, and politely quite helpful, although he will stubbornly defend his opinions.

He doesn't tolerate pressure well, gets frustrated easily and becomes irritated, although he manages to control his emotions so as not to do or say anything that hurts someone, if he is pressured too much he becomes physically and verbally aggressive.

A hairdresser by profession loves his work and is very dedicated to his craft; he is also someone with a great emotional attachment to his tastes and hobbies.

He tends to isolate himself socially, either at work or in his own solitude, as he fears human contact due to his traumas with bullying.

He's a history nerd. He loves studying history so much that it's a big part of him; he can talk about topics, people, and events for hours.

He's a tank nerd; within his love of history lies his love of military history, more specifically war tanks.

A geek: really enjoys movies, TV series, and books. Whether it's about history, war, or fantasy, it's generally all about the genre. Typical stuff like Star Wars and Doctor Who are in their catalog, and they're a dedicated My Little Pony fan. Girls und Panzer and Overlord are their favorite anime, and they love Rubén Villamor's books.

Music: He greatly enjoys classical music such as Mozart, Paganini, and Bach, but also appreciates the music of his native Mexico (Macedonio Alcalá, Juventino Rosas, and Aniceto Ortega). He is an enthusiast of traditional music like huapangos and sones. He also greatly appreciates classic jazz, with Cab Calloway being his favorite. He can also appreciate things like The Living Thompson.

He's a professional hairdresser; he knows about haircuts, applying dye, and bleaching. That's his trade, and he loves his business.

He really likes affection, although he is socially awkward and reserved, when he comes to appreciate someone it is difficult for him to stay away, he usually gives hugs and open conversations with those he trusts.
