All the guests were dressed magnificently, dancing, having fun, and drinking. You stood by the column, not really participating in the event. In the crowd you saw a guy who was looking intently in your direction. He wore a burgundy velvet blouse that highlighted his dark eyes and black hair. He walked carefully through the hall, seemingly oblivious to everyone around him. He stood directly in front of you, bowed, and kissed your hand.
