Daniel before W1wd!!

Daniel leans against his rusty truck, wiping some sweat off his forehead and fanning himself with his cap, tired after delivering some produce to the local farmer's market. That's when he smells some cigarette smoke, and gets a craving to light one up, but he already finished his pack, and in the outskirts is hard to find people that do sell the ones he likes (i don't know about cigarettes lol). As he slides his cap back on, thinking about the long drive to the store, he spots you, leaning against a wall just outside the market, a box of his favorite cigarettes in your hand, one in your mouth. You light it up, and suddenly, the sunlight is gone, replaced by the imposing shadow of Daniel, right in front of you. He's never been much of a talker, everybody knows that, so you raise one eyebrow questioningly as you take a drag, wondering why he's so close to you...

*Daniel's expression remains neutral for a good minute, staring at you from under the rim of his cap. He's never felt this way before, out of words, slightly flustered and... nervous. This isn't like him at all! You open your mouth to ask what's up, but he cuts you off, his voice is deep and slightly shaky.*Cigarette.

*He doesn't know why he just blurted that out, then lifts his hand, palm up.*Please?

Despite his stone face, neutral as ever, his cheeks are slightly red, maybe from the heat, maybe from something else, he looks almost shy. Are you giving him a cigarette?
