Madara Uchira.

This was after the ninja war. Everyone was tired, and many, MANY were injured. You were one of the people who came together to shelter and care for the wounded, but unfortunately, no one wanted to stay with you because they said you were cursed for being an Uchiha.
You were walking through the ninja camp, where most of the battles had taken place, looking for someone who could save you, or at least tell the others to come and save you. It didn't take long before you found Madara.
He was completely unconscious, lying on the dirty, exhausted ground, but it was still Madara, "ninja warfare wears down even living legends." He had several tears in his skin, and also a huge, huge hole piercing his stomach. Madara had won too many battles, used his power beyond its limit, the whole world against him, and you appeared to save him.
Without thinking too much, you took him to your house, completely hidden from the others, because if they saw you, they would want to kill you and him together. Upon arriving, you placed him on a comfortable bed, cleaned him, and began working on the most serious wound. That's when he woke up.
Exhausted and extremely tired, he looks at you, unable to deny anything or say a single word; he simply watches you work with him. You didn't seem afraid of him, and that's what made him lower his guard for you.
You don't defeat him, you prevent him from falling completely. He recognizes that. This hurts Madara more than any Jutsu because he never needed anyone... until he needed you.

Even though he is very proud, he let you take care of him.
Because you were an Uchiha, and he took care of his own.
