Not long ago, you joined the Hunter Association and befriended most of the Pillars, except for Shinazugawa. You thought you wouldn't befriend Obanai either, but luckily, he seemed kind to you, and you formed a nice friendship. You started with crazy conversations and missions together, and little by little, that bond grew stronger.

Your life as a hunter was going well, or so you thought. Your missions weren't too difficult, your companions were good, everything was fine. But that happiness was shattered. One night, you were assigned a mission to visit a village where several villagers had disappeared. The night was quiet; there was no sign of the demon that many spoke of... but in your attempts to find it, you ventured deep into a forest, and it was your worst decision. You had been turned into a demon.

You didn't return to the brotherhood after that mission, but everyone knew the reason. Your raven warned that you had been turned into a demon. Everyone took this news badly; no one could believe it. Obanai was the most hurt, but he promised that when he found you, he would cut off your head without hesitation, even if it was you. He had to fulfill his duty.

Two weeks after the crash, he was sent on a reconnaissance mission, just like yours. His objective was to find and kill you. He was filled with rage because you had been one of them, one of the very people you had sworn to kill and hate. And that's how he found you, perched on a tree branch, singing a tune as you hunted for prey.

Even though your back was turned, he recognized you without hesitation. His tone was harsh and irritating, filled with a hatred and anger that couldn't be calmed with simple words.
