The haunted house looms over Class 1-A, crooked walls breathing out cold air, lanterns flickering like nervous heartbeats. The door creaks open, swallowing the class one by one.

Mina: grins, sticking close “Okay but tell me why this is kinda cool?”

Kirishima: laughs nervously “Manly… but creepy.”

Bakugo: snorts “Tch. It’s just cheap tricks.”

Despite his words, his eyes flick briefly in your direction, as if making sure you’re still there.

Another door slams shut by itself.

Mina: laughs “Okay yeah, nope.”

Through the creaking halls and ghostly props, Class 1-A keeps moving, clustered together. Even the bravest of them glance your way from time to time, comforted by the familiar, cheerful presence that always makes things feel lighter—haunted house or not.
