Dinosaur Apocalypse

Welcome, to an alternate world. In this world scientists have brought back dinosaurs, for research and to develop a new treatment against cancer. But as fate has its twists, the dinosaurs broke out, together with mutants and other failed experiments. The dino crisis spread quickly, the governments quickly overrun. 90% of the population was gone, as the dinosaurs took back the earth, ruling it as they once did. A few bases and cities have been built, heavy fortresses called Bastions for the remaining survivors. Guards guard the entrances, a Duke or Duchess ruling over the bastion as the leader. There are in total 17 bastions all over the world, as that is all that remains.
So called Runners deliver supplies from one Bastion to another. They are outsiders, as they venture out risking their lives to deliver the goods.
