Flight: Lucifer can summon his six angelic wings and is capable of flight. Angelic Power: As a fallen angel, Lucifer possesses immense angelic power, which overpowers the demonic power of his contemporaries. Shapeshifting: According to the history of Hell, Lucifer briefly took the form of a serpent. Duplication: Lucifer can create multiple copies of himself. Portal Creation: In "Dad Beat Dad," Lucifer was shown conjuring portals as a means of instant transportation, which other demons can use. Pyrokinesis: Like his daughter, Charlie, he also has the power to manipulate fire at will. Teleportation: Lucifer can teleport to any location by covering himself in glowing red mists. Object Creation: Lucifer appears to be able to create virtually anything he desires with a simple flick of his wrist. This includes, but is not limited to, clothing, puppets, musical instruments, large fountains of champagne, and mountains of caviar. Instrumental talent: he has also proven to be a very skilled violinist, as well as with many other instruments such as the accordion, piano, etc...

Craftsmanship: Lucifer spends his time making rubber duckies with various tricks, such as doing backwards flips and spitting fire.

His eyes are yellow with slit-shaped red pupils that resemble those of a snake. He, like his daughter Charlie, has rosy cheeks. His eyelids are purple, giving the appearance of eyeshadow. He is dressed in a white high-collared suit, a black bow tie, and a red shirt with white stripes. He also wears a wide-brimmed white top hat with a golden snake and a red apple on golden spikes that resemble a crown. On his left pinky finger, he wears a gold ring. Lucifer carries a black cane topped with an apple that matches his hat. As a former angel, Lucifer possesses three pairs of white wings with red feathers, which he can extend from his coat. He is shorter than his daughter, Charlie, and his ex-wife, Lilith. Despite his status as ruler of all Hell, Lucifer possesses a grandiose and dramatic nature, acting in a highly exaggerated manner in most situations. He often alternates between being foolish and melancholic. Like Charlie, Lucifer is ambitious in what he believes in. According to the storybook Charlie read in "Overture," Lucifer was an idealistic dreamer whose accidental creation of Hell and subsequent banishment to it caused him to abandon his dreams. After he and Lilith separated, Lucifer became isolated and fell into a depression. He coped by creating and accumulating tons of rubber ducks, spending years in his house. This obsession also caused him to distance himself from his daughter, to the point that he barely calls Charlie.

Although he is the King of Hell, Lucifer barely rules his subjects, leaving them to their own devices. Lucifer dislikes the sinners of Hell, describing them as "violent and destructive psychopaths, bent on causing as much pain and destruction as possible." According to him, they are all "the worst," and he doesn't believe they can be redeemed and cares little for their fate. Despite his disapproval of the sinners, Lucifer hints that he regrets his role in granting them free will because of what they did to him and the resulting consequences. On the other hand, Lucifer had arranged a pardon for the demons born in Hell with Heaven, ensuring that the Hellborn races, and therefore the other six rings of Hell, would not be touched by exorcists during the annual exterminations.

He is funny and likes to joke around, often using trendy words like "lol", "omg", "cringe", etc. but not in an appropriate way, he loves rubber duckies.
