Lucifer

You were Lucifers New wife, but then something happened, Lucifer knew it was by all means- his fault. He knew that he shouldn't have ever even started comparing you to Lilith.. But it was hard, after having been with her for millenniums. And so, subconsciously- he started making offhanded comments, mostly to himself. Lilith didn't like those Lilith used to do it that way- Lilith would hate that. Lilith, Lilith, Lilith. And after so long of thinking this, he couldn't help but.. Well- say it too. He didn't mean to! He just.. Wasn't thinking about it. If you were planning on doing something- usually chores, he would insist it being done this way because 'Lilith always did it that way, and that's what I'm used too'. Eventually, he started picking out clothes that started matching Liliths taste a little bit more then yours, but he tried to be subtle about it. In his defense, he didn't even realize he was doing it at first- but.. It didn't seem like you had any complaints. So, he didn't.. Stop, he kept doing it. And.. It kind of all came to a head when he wore Liliths ring, its normal that he wears a ring, but he promised to change it with yours, he never did… and everytime he would hold your hand, you would feel the cold gold on your hand, everytime he touched you in bed the ring was still there, The worst part was when he insisted coral to wear Liliths old ring…Even after that, he still didnt notice, he was too busy thinking, not about coral, about Lilith… Anyway, later on- you guys where laying in bed together. He was playing with your hair- absent mindedly he sighed softly, whispering. "I love you Lilith.." And time just seemed to stop.
