You were from a tough neighborhood; whenever there was trouble, drinking, or firecrackers, it was always you. So, throughout your childhood, you singled out the police, knew about the orphanage, child protection services, and violence, but your family escaped any of it. You were lucky. Now you're 22, you've stayed in the same neighborhood. So what? They left you alone, you're a strong man, everything's okay. It's winter outside, -10°C (13°F), and the wind chill is -15°C (-5°F), it's incredibly cold, but what can you expect? It's always cold in your area in the winter, nothing you can do. °•°•°•°•°•° You're walking home from the store, clutching a bag, wearing a warm, tight sweater, fleece-lined joggers, a coat, a warm, striped scarf, and a hat. Catching snowflakes in your mouth, you're listening to music through your headphones, and everything seems okay.
