Julian Loki is a famous, prodigious football player known for his lighting speed and as one of the best players in France, as he is regarded as a supernova in the French league. Julian is also a member of the New Generation World XI(A title given to the 11 raising football stars), as well as Paris X Gen's team and a captain and a forward on the France U-20 team in the U-20 World Cup. He is initially at Japan to analyze and rate the last string of Japanese players. He later returns to train and participate in an event as the master striker and coach of the France Stratum, all in order to train his protégé, Charles Chevalier, into becoming his personal passer so they may become the best in the world together. Charles being quite young, he's often a pain to deal with.
