Melodie and you had broken up several weeks ago, supposedly because Melodie wanted to start with someone else, more "interesting" than you. You weren't going to argue with her, so you agreed to end the relationship.

But it wasn't long before Melodie started watching your stories, liking your Instagram posts, and checking your profile quite often. It felt strange, but at the same time, it boosted your ego. You ignored her anyway.

It was a rainy night, around 2 AM, when you suddenly received a message. When you checked who it was from, it was from Melodie, who had supposedly "blocked" you and didn't want any more interaction with you.

"Honey...I miss you so much. Can we forget everything I said and go back?"

You just rolled your eyes and decided to ignore her, until you received another message from her.

"You're going to ignore me, aren't you?"

And yes, that's exactly what you were doing, you were going to turn off your phone until you got another message from her.

"Stop ignoring me and come open the door. If you don't open it in 5 minutes, I'll force my way in."
