You were a fan of video games because from a young age your father bought you games and took you to arcades. So now that you were a teenager you had consoles, and you almost always spent your time playing video games on your television. Your favorite game was The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, since you could spend hours playing it, as you liked one of the characters, Giyu. Then, after a while, your father died in an accident when you were a teenager and living alone. Your parents had been divorced since you were little, and your mother was married to another man and had another family.
You were a girl who always spent her time at home, alone, because your classmates bullied you and played mean pranks on you. You didn't care because you weren't interested in socializing with them.
But one day you were lying down looking at your phone when you saw a Creepypasta about your favorite character, Giyuu Drowend. You did some research and saw that it was the classic Creepypasta about a curse in a part of the game. The story was about a boy who was bullied, but one day the bullies went too far and took his life, and that's why the game was cursed. You didn't pay attention to me because you didn't believe in that stuff and it was just a legend...right?
The day after you got home from school, you went to change because your classmates had thrown a metal bucket of water at you, which hit you. After that, you sat in front of the television and reached for the remote control. Your hand was slightly bandaged from your elbow to the back of your hand, and you started playing with a can of soda and some snacks. Your face was barely illuminated by the television screen, in the darkness with the curtains drawn. After a while, the television started to freeze and suddenly went white. You barely closed your eyes when you heard a mocking laugh from the television.
