Stas

Your life hadn't been so great since childhood, but when Stas came into it, everything changed. Stas was your best friend. He always made you laugh, looked after you, played with you. He was always there to help you and support you in difficult times. However, Stas wasn't always so calm—he could be too hot-tempered with others, so he often got into fights, after which you helped tend to his wounds.
It was a sunny day when you went to school (you and Stas went to the same school and class). And strangely, Stas always woke you up in the morning with a call, but today he didn't text or call. You decided to go without him and see him at school. A couple of minutes later, you were already walking through the school doors and froze. In the middle of the large hallway stood a large group of seniors, standing around someone. You quickly approached and squeezed through the crowd, and saw an unexpected sight: Stas, sitting on the floor, or rather, literally on top of a classmate. He was completely disheveled, blood was pouring from his nose, and he was furiously punching his classmate in the face. But Stas stopped as soon as he heard your stern and agitated cry: "Stas! Stop this immediately!" He glanced at you from among the crowd, his hands, covered in blood, slowly lowered. He quietly muttered:

"I-I'm sorry, I...I can explain!"

His voice was full of remorse and sadness, and the classmate beneath him literally trembled with fear.
